1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within a 50km of our store at Epsom, VIC.
Delivery fees are based on distance from our store as outlined below:
Within 20 km: $5 delivery fee
Beyond 20 km: $10 delivery fee
2. Free Delivery Promotions
Launch Offer: Free delivery for all orders over $50 for the first 28 days after website launch.
Standard Offer: Free delivery for all orders over $100 (no time limit).
Promotional offers cannot be combined.
3. Delivery Times

We will confirm delivery time during checkout.
While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us immediately at info@rhfresh.com.au or 0492 994 505.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
